SID does not sell or rent our event attendee lists for email campaigns or mailing campaigns. Also, as a non-profit, SID does not allow advertising on its main website, In order to support the display industry and keep our annual Display Week International Symposium, Seminar and Exhibition business-friendly, though, SID offers opportunities for advertising and publicity as follows.


Information Display magazine ads: See website for information on printed magazine ads, online ads at, and email blast advertising opportunities.

Display Week exhibitors can purchase ad sponsorship, wherein the ad (static graphic or animated gif) stays on the website until the next Display Week is over.

SID Directory of the Display Industry also has online advertising opportunities.

Email Publicity

Email publicity is available via Information Display newsletters, please refer to

Corporate SID members have their name and website hyperlink included on frequent email blasts throughout the year, while silver corporate members can include a logo, and gold corporate members can include either a logo or embedded video. Please see SID's corporate members page for further information.

Display Week graphic ad sponsorships on are periodically sent out with emails about Display Week.

Speaking Opportunities

Most of SID's speakers are those who submit technical abstracts and then present their papers at our Display Week Symposium, or at other SID co-sponsored conferences such as IDW in Japan, IMID in Korea, the Vehicle Displays conference in Michigan, or the IDRC which alternates between Europe and Brazil. Please see the conference websites for further information on abstract submission for these speaking opportunities.

Display Week Business Track: Most speakers at the Display Week Business Conference, Investors' Conference, and Market Focus Conferences are by invitation only, but if you have an interest in speaking please contact SID HQ, and we'll direct your inquiry to the appropriate person

SID Chapter Events: Many speakers have given industry talks for SID chapters. For speakers who sign a copyright form, these talks can then be distributed via's webinars page; new webinar files are announced to our email list of >40,000 industry participants.
