The search engine has been set to be case insensitive to make searching easier. The default search is for whole words. For TITLE and AUTHOR searches, the default may be overridden to do a partial word search. For example, with the partial word setting, ferro would find ferroelectric and ferroelectrics; colo would find color, colour, colours and so on.

If the search terms are contiguous, adjacency is implied. Otherwise use commas to indicate "or".

Example:

The title "Can Motion Compensation Eliminate Color Breakup of Moving Objects in Field-Sequential Color Displays?" would not be found using the argument "compensation color" but would be found using
"compensation, color"
"color, compensation"
"motion compensation"
----------------------------
A title search "tft, color" would yield all titles having either word.
