Fees:
First Position: $50.00 setup fee per ad plus $75.00 per month (2 month minimum) 
Additional positions: $50.00 per month (2 month minimum). 

Extensions:
To extend the ad beyond the two-month period the SID International office must be notified at least 7 business days prior to expiration. The period will be extended at the rate of $50.00 per month per position. 

Payment:
Fees may be remitted by US check, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, or wire transfer. 

Submission:
HTML is the preferred format. GIFs, such as logotypes may be included. Alternative formats are ASCII, WordPerfect, Word, and Word Pro (Ami Pro). The information may be e-mailed to ads@sid.org or sent on a 3-1/2 inch diskette (PC or MAC) by snail-mail to:
