Chuck has been an active participant in SID activities since 1981, a member of the Southwest chapter since it's founding in 1998 the Vice Chairman since 2002 and became Director in 2003. Dynamic and cutting edge, he has reinvented the paradigm of how business is done in the executive search industry. The President and CEO of one of the most successful firms in the Southwest, he has an acute understanding of his display clients and their needs. Relationship building, understanding economies of scale and reduced time cycles, and a focused effort present today's Display companies with the "One Stop" source: critical to achieving an edge in today's business climate.

Mr. Pearson received a M.A. in Human Relations from Merrill Palmer Institute, Detroit, MI and B.A. from Kings College, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Mr. Pearson has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since 1978.
