Deadline
The Advance Registrations deadline is May 7, 2010.
Symposium Registrations received after May 7th will be charged an
additional $75.
Cancellation
Policy
A $25 cancellation fee will apply on all cancellations made on or
before May 7, 2010. In addition, any registrant required to pay the membership fee will have that fee applied toward a new or renewed SID
annual membership. This membership fee is non-refundable. No refunds will
be made on cancellations received after May 7, 2010 or for non-attendance,
but copies of the appropriate conference publications will be mailed upon
request.
Book Orders
Additional conference publications will no longer be available through
advance registration. There will be a bookstore adjacent to the
Registration Desk at the Conference. If you are not attending the
Conference and wish to purchase conference publications, please call the
SID HQ Office after the Conference at (408) 879-3901; Fax: (408) 879-3833;
jenny@sid.org.
Conference
Recordings
Blue Sky Broadcast
will be recording the audio and capturing all of the presentation
slides of all Symposium technical sessions (Tuesday through
Friday), in an MP3 DVD-ROM Package. Copies will be mailed out
approximately 4-6 weeks after the Conference. The cost will be $99
onsite for Symposium attendees, $150 post show for Symposium
attendees and $375 for all other orders. Blue Sky Broadcast will
be recording the audio and capturing all of the presentation slides of all
the Monday Seminars and make them available online. Online access will be
available approximately 4-6 weeks after the Conference. The cost will be
$50 for Seminar attendees and $300 for Seminar non-attendees. Orders will be taken at
the Blue Sky Broadcast order desk, which will be located in the
SID '10 registration area, or through the mail after the
Symposium.
