Stereoscopic and 3-D Display Technologies

A technical review of modern 3-D display
systems will be presented. Existing stereoscopic cinematic and consumer
displays will be considered in detail, as will more futuristic
auto-stereoscopic "eyewear-free" systems. Content creation,
capture, and mapping techniques will also be presented together with
current solutions to 3-D data compression and transmission.
