addressing is the essential enabling technology for
high-resolution flat panel displays. The tutorial will introduce
the manufacturing processes of silicon and organic semiconductor
based thin film transistors. Specific consideration will be given
to the interplay between transistor characteristics, chosen
display media, active matrix structure, and addressing signals.
