Cancellation Policy
A $25 cancellation fee will apply on all cancellations made on or before May 6, 2005. In addition, any registrant required to pay the $75 membership fee will have that fee applied toward a new or renewed SID annual membership. This membership fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after May 6, 2005 or for non-attendance, but copies of the appropriate conference publications will be mailed upon request.

Book Orders
Additional conference publications will no longer be available through advance registration. There will be a bookstore adjacent to the Registration Desk at the Conference.
