Awards Banquet:
The Awards Banquet will take place at 8:00 PM on Monday, May 23rd in the Constitution B Ballroom of the Sheraton Boston Hotel. This dinner honors the SID international award winners. Tickets for the dinner are $40 and available only through pre-registration - they will not be available on-site.

Luncheon:
The Luncheon will take place at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, May 25th in the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Boston Hotel. The address will be entitled 'Is Seeing Believing? Illusions and Lightness Perception from Helmholtz to the 21st Century'. Presenting will be Jonathan Winawer from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Brain & Cognitive Sciences. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased in advance or on-site.

Special Event sponsored by :
This year's Special Event is a luxurious and scenic dinner cruise around Boston Harbor on Thursday, May 26. Join your colleagues for a fine dinner, an evening of socializing and waterbourne views of Boston's scenic past and present. Buses will leave from the Hynes Convention Center starting at 6:00 PM with the last bus leaving at 6:30 PM. The cruise will launch at 7:00 PM and return at 10:00 PM where buses will be waiting to take people back to their respective hotels. The cost of the Special Event is $50 per ticket, and tickets can be purchased in advance or on-site.
