Are cameras and/or recorders allowed?
The use of flash cameras, video recorders and audiotape is prohibited in the Conference sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?
No refunds will be made on cancellations received after October 10, 2008 or for non-attendance, but copies of the appropriate conference publications will be mailed upon request.

Will coffee be served during the Conference?
Complimentary coffee will be served adjacent to the Technical Session Rooms on Monday-Thursday.

Do I have to be a member of SID to attend the Symposium or Exhibition?
Registration for the technical sessions at IDRC 08 is open to both members of SID and those who are not members. A $75 "Membership Fee" will be charged to non-members at the time of registration. This fee will grant the registrant a one-year membership in SID. Additional information on membership types and the benefits of a SID membership can be found on SID's Web site.
