Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds. Shuttle service is available to take all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. Shuttles are located on the lower roadway island and can be accessed by exiting from Door #5 on the baggage claim level of the main terminal. For travelers needing assistance, a telephone center with rental car information is located near the door.The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The shuttle busses run continuously from 5:00 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. (EST), seven days per week, 365 days per year.

Bus transportation will be provided from the Streetsboro hotels to and from Kent State University. Buses will leave Streetsboro beginning at 7:00 AM (before the sessions). The buses will make one return trip to Streetsboro around noon and return all attendees to their Streetsboro hotel at the end of the sessions in the evening. The buses will stop at all of the Streetsboro hotels listed on the web site.
PARKING AT KENT STATE UNIVERSITY
Parking is available in the Student Center Visitor Parking Lot for a charge of $6.00 per day (no in/out privileges). This means each time you exit the lot you will be asked to pay the $6.00 fee. Special reduced rate ($2.00 per day) parking permits will be available for purchase at the conference registration desk.
