How can I
order books?
Additional conference publications will be available through advance
registration. If you are not attending the Conference and wish to purchase
conference publications, please contact the SID HQ Office at (408) 977-1013,
fax (408) 977-1531, e-mail: office@sid.org.
Are
cameras and/or recorders allowed?
The use of flash cameras, video recorders and audiotape is prohibited in
the Conference and Workshop sessions. Picture taking in the Exhibit Hall is
prohibited unless specific permission is obtained from the appropriate booth
personnel.
What
is the cancellation policy?
Requests for refunds on cancellations must be made in writing on or before
September 1, 2006. No refund requests will be accepted after September 1, 2006
or for non-attendance, but copies of the appropriate conference publications
will be mailed upon request.
Will
coffee be served during the Conference?
Complimentary coffee will be served Monday and Thursday outside the
designated session rooms, and in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Do I
have to be a member of SID to attend the Conference or Exhibition?
Registration for any technical function at ADEAC 2006 requires the
registrant be a SID member at the time of the Conference in October. Technical
functions include any workshop or conference function. Exhibits-only
registration does not require membership.

Will a
Message Center be available at the Symposium?
A message center will be located in the registration area. Phone messages
received at the message center will be posted. Attendees may also post
messages for other attendees at the meeting. The message center phone number
is still to come.

is the Registration Desk open?
Monday, October 23: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday, October 24: - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday, October 25: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Thursday, October 26: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Is there
a Speakers' Prep Room
Speakers may preview their presentations in the Ashford Room from 7:00 am
to 5:00 pm on Monday through Thursday.
