Are
cameras and/or recorders allowed?
The use of flash cameras, video recorders and audiotape is prohibited
in the Symposium sessions. Picture taking in the Exhibit Hall is
prohibited unless specific permission is obtained from the appropriate
booth personnel.
What
is the cancellation policy?
No refunds will be made on cancellations received after September 29,
2006, or for non-attendance, but copies of the appropriate conference
publications will be mailed upon request.
Will
coffee be served during the Symposium?
Complimentary coffee will be served in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday
and Friday.
Do
I have to be a member of SID to attend the Symposium or Exhibition?
Registration for the technical sessions at Vehicles and Photons 2006
is open to both members of SID and those who are not members. A $75
"Membership Fee" will be charged to non-members at the time of
registration. This fee will grant the registrant a one-year membership in
SID. Additional information on membership types and the benefits of a SID
membership can be found on SID's Web site.
