Display Week 2012 will be held at the Boston Convention and Exposition Center, BCEC, from June 3 - 8, 2012.  BCEC is right next to the airport; only an 8 minute Silver Line train ride from Boston's Logan International Airport.

Request for Letters of Invitation

Authors, presenters and official booth personnel who require letters of invitation for travel to the United States can request such letters in writing via email from Maralise Howze at SID Headquarters.  The request must include the visitor's full name, address, phone number, birth date and passport number.  It is also strongly advised that any such request be made as early as possible.  Letter of invitation requests are processed in 1-2 business days without charge, but for express mail postage we will require either your FedEx account number, or a credit card fee of $40.
